Bus tickets and flights

When boarding the bus, the passenger must have a printed copy of the travel document and the original of the identity document on the basis of which the travel document was issued.

For children from 0 to 14 years old, the sale of travel documents and boarding the bus is carried out on the basis of the original identity document (birth certificate or foreign passport).

The data in the travel document must fully comply with the data in the document on the basis of which the travel document was issued.

In the absence of one of the above conditions or the presence of another identity document, we are not able to guarantee the passenger boarding the bus, and the Carrier has the right to refuse the trip.

If the ticket for the flight you are interested in is already displayed on the site when searching, you can book and pay for it using one of the methods convenient for you, which will be offered after the order is placed.

Usually, Carriers open sales for regular flights a month in advance and you can purchase a ticket for the desired route in advance.

In the schedule and information about the flight, we indicate the entire route and stopping points that the Carrier transmits to us.

Please note that only the Carrier regulates the route and stops, and also determines the possibility of disembarkation and landing outside the specified points of the route.

For additional questions about stops or clarification of the route, you can find out by the contact number of the Carrier, which is indicated on the ticket.

Read the information on the ticket carefully; in some cases, the Carrier indicates the mandatory time for which you must arrive at the point of departure of the flight and check in for boarding.

In other cases, we recommend arriving at the departure address at least one hour before the departure time.

All information about the flight, bus brand and available services and amenities provided to us by the carrier is displayed on our website when booking a ticket.

You can always check additional information about the services on the flight using the Carrier’s contacts, which are indicated on the ticket.

The ticket always indicates the local time of the point where you are. For example, if you have a ticket for a Warsaw-Minsk flight, the departure will be according to Warsaw time, and the arrival will be according to Minsk time. We recommend that you pay special attention to the difference in time zones if you are planning a trip with a transfer.

You can always check information about the conditions of baggage allowance on specific flights by contacting the carrier’s contact number indicated on the ticket or at the departure bus station.

All information about the flight, including the exact address of departure, which is transmitted to us by the Carrier, is indicated on the website in the flight schedule and is always displayed on the ticket.

You can always find out additional landmarks or clarification of geolocation by the contact number of the Carrier indicated in the ticket.

The amount of the refund depends on the conditions of the Carrier and on the time left until the departure of your flight.

The ticket return conditions are in the public domain and are indicated on the website before booking, and are also duplicated at the bottom of the ticket itself.

We recommend that you read the terms and conditions in detail before applying for a refund.

We will process your application within 1-10 days.

You can follow the status of your application in the “My Account” section.

At the moment, it is possible to edit the selected time or date of the trip or reschedule the flight to another day, it is possible to change the selected seats after paying for the tickets, but only through the control room or at our box office.

Before issuing a refund, carefully read the conditions of the carrier indicated on the ticket.

If the flight is canceled by the carrier, you will receive an SMS in advance to the phone number specified when placing the order. Therefore, it is very important that you enter a valid cell phone number so that we can alert you of changes or confirm ticket payments.

If you arrived at the boarding and cannot find the bus, be sure to contact the carrier using the contacts indicated on your ticket, the bus may not have been served for boarding yet or the platform has changed.

We remind you that in case of any problems with the trip, you can always contact the support service by leaving a request with the problem described in the Personal Account, which will be processed by our specialists.

If you missed your flight, carefully read the refund conditions that are indicated on your ticket.

Some carriers allow you to return the ticket after the start of the flight and refund part of its cost.

If there is an available condition, follow the instructions for submitting a refund request – the article “How to issue a ticket refund”.

There are two ways to apply for a refund:

Method 1: Leave a request through the “Personal Account”.

For this you need:

  • go to the “Personal Account” section;
  • select a ticket to return and click the “Return ticket” button;
  • indicate the correct reason for returning tickets and confirm the application with the button “Return ticket”

Our specialists will process the application within 1-10 days, and the decision will be sent to the e-mail specified when placing the order, and is also available in the “Personal Account” on the Avto website

Method 2: If for some reason you cannot enter the “Personal Account” section, you can apply for a refund by clicking on the link from the letter with the tickets, which was sent to the e-mail specified when placing the order.

On our website, both domestic flights and international destinations of different countries are presented. You can view the schedule or the availability of the flight you are interested in using the search for flights on the main page of the site.

Before buying tickets for international flights, we strongly recommend that you study the requirements for crossing borders between states on the selected route and prepare all the necessary documents.

E-VOKZAL does not provide services for sending parcels by bus and is not responsible for your personal agreements with the carrier or driver.

To book a ticket, you need:

Select the desired flight in your direction using the search form on the main page of the site

  • Fill in and check all passenger data
  • Familiarize yourself with the terms of the return and the public offer
  • Enter a valid mobile phone number to enter your Personal Account later
  • Enter a valid e-mail to which tickets will be sent
  • Click the “Pay” button and choose a convenient payment method.

Please note that each booking has a deadline by which it must be paid, otherwise it will be automatically canceled.

Tickets will be generated and valid only after payment for the reservation.

Free seating means that on this flight the Carrier has limited the choice of a specific seat and the actual seat number will be determined by the dispatcher directly when boarding the flight.

We recommend that you arrive early for boarding.

If the selected Carrier has the opportunity to select a specific seat on the bus, then when placing an order and pressing the “Seat Selection” button, you will be shown a bus diagram indicating free seats.
