Bus tracking by ticket number
An intercity or international bus can be delayed at the border, in traffic or by the weather. Instead of waiting in the cold or calling at random, check where your bus is now: enter your E-VOKZAL ticket number and the last 4 digits of your phone to see the bus on the map live, the time of the last GPS update, the plate number and model, and the driver's phone.
Bus details appear one hour before departure — that is when the bus company finally assigns the bus and driver. Before that the page shows the boarding point on the map, the address, departure time and the bus company phones. If the company does not share GPS, you still see the boarding point and contacts, and with most companies the plate number too.

FAQ
How do I find out where my bus is now?
Enter your E-VOKZAL ticket number and the last 4 digits of the phone you gave when buying. If the bus company shares GPS, you will see the bus on the map and the time of the last update.
Why is the bus not on the map?
Not all bus companies share the location, and some assign the bus only on the day of departure. Then the map shows your boarding point and the bus company phones.
Does tracking work with a ticket from another site or ticket office?
No. Bus tracking is a service for E-VOKZAL.COM and AVTOVOKZALY-UA.COM passengers. Buy your tickets with us and it will work for you.
Why is the bus standing still or shown in the wrong place?
During an air raid alert the GPS signal can be jammed: data is delayed or shows an inaccurate location. The tracker may also stop sending data where there is no mobile signal or at the border. Always check the update time under the map and call the driver if needed.
