How do I return a ticket?

Message us on WhatsApp +380 63 444 2888 or write to booking@e-vokzal.com. The refund amount depends on the carrier's rules and the time left before departure; the terms are in the public offer agreement. Exchanging for another trip is not always possible: if the carrier changes, it is processed as a refund and a new purchase.

Luggage allowances and pet rules are set by the carrier. If you are bringing large luggage, a bicycle or a pet, message us on WhatsApp before buying and we'll check with the carrier.

How do I contact E-VOKZAL support?

On WhatsApp +380 63 444 2888 daily from 8:00 to 21:00, messages only, or at booking@e-vokzal.com. A real person answers, not a bot.
